The hotel was quite disappointing with super tacky, moldy rooms that had a pungent smell. The only window offered a view of a humid hallway. However, the room was equipped for a short stay and was at least warm and clean.

The hotel is situated up on the hill, offering spacious and comfortable rooms. While the rooms felt stuffy and had a lingering smell of smoke, adjustments are needed to improve ventilation. The staff is super friendly and helpful, with exceptional knowledge of shuttle services to New York City. However, some training on customer approach would be beneficial. The location is conveniently close to various attractions in New Jersey and Manhattan Port Authority, but the visibility of room doors from outside may raise security concerns. The dining experience could use improvement, offering basic brown bag handovers as breakfast without prior notification to guests. Facilities are adequate with room for enhancement in dining offerings.

The hotel's rooms were quite different from what I saw online, with a cigarette smell that was off-putting. However, the overall experience exceeded my expectations.
